This website is operated by Kevin Pope
we sell photographic prints directly to customers via this website.

2. Our Products

We sell photographic art prints in various sizes
All product descriptions, images, and prices are shown on the relevant product pages.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between screen displays and printed products.

3. Made-to-Order Prints

All prints are made to order once your purchase is confirmed.

This means:

  • Prints are produced specifically for your order

  • Production begins shortly after payment is received

Estimated production and delivery times are shown on each product page.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed through this website.

  • Payment is taken at the time of checkout.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (for example, if a product is unavailable or pricing is incorrect).

5. Prices

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices include all applicable costs unless otherwise stated.

  • VAT is not charged (we are not VAT registered).

  • Delivery costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

  • Prints are dispatched once production is complete.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal services.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Under UK consumer law, customers usually have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items, including photographic prints produced specifically for your order.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where the item is faulty or damaged.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

9. Ownership & Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of kevin pope.
Purchasing a print does not grant any reproduction or commercial usage rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by events outside our control

  • Minor variations in colour or appearance due to printing processes

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
